Advertisement for Collecting Offers for Business Premises for Lease

The Health Insurance Fund of the Republic of North Macedonia requires business premises for lease for its regional office in Delchevo. 

For that purpose, it is publishing an advertisement inviting interested owners of business premises in Delchevo to submit offers. 

The duration of the lease will be two years, starting from 26.6.2023, with the possibility, after the expiry of the period, for the lease to be extended for a longer period. 
The business premises should meet at least the following criteria:

• At least 180 m2 of floor area;
• The premises should be located in the central area of the settlement, constitute a functional unit with a common entrance and be easily accessible for the Fund’s employees and for clients;
• The premises should have a separate sanitary facility intended only for those premises, as well as electric heating and air conditioning, which can be operated by persons without special training;
• The bidder should be the owner of the business premises and should allow their adaptation in accordance with the needs of the Fund. 

Interested owners of business premises, in their offer to the Fund, should state information on the characteristics of the business premises requested in this advertisement (area, number of rooms, floor, type of heating, air conditioning, location with address and cadastral parcel), as well as additional information on other specific characteristics of the business premises that could be relevant to the needs of the lessee. Proof of ownership (property deed) should also be enclosed with the offer.

The offers, in a sealed envelope marked “Offer of business premises for lease in Delchevo”, should be submitted to the Health Insurance Fund of the Republic of North Macedonia, at the address ul. “Makedonija” br. 5 – Skopje.

The deadline for submitting offers is three days from the date of publication of the advertisement.

From the offers received, the Fund will select those that best meet the required conditions, that is, those that most correspond to the needs of the Fund.
