Insured persons may exercise their rights through the regional offices
HIFRNM: Insured persons may exercise their rights through the regional offices; medical commissions continue to work without interruption.
HIFRNM informs the public that insured persons may exercise their rights through the regional offices of the Fund, which will continuously receive applications. In addition, the regional offices are also available by telephone through publicly announced information lines for insured persons, which they may contact.
Applications for new maternity leave may also be submitted directly through the regional offices of the Fund.
The expert teams are working 24/7 to deal with the challenges and remove them as quickly as possible; priority is being given to restoring the system for payment of sick leave, maternity leave and reimbursements as quickly as possible.
Patients will continue to be able to receive treatment without interruption at all clinics, as well as through general practitioners who can perform examinations, issue referrals and prescriptions that are collected at pharmacies without delay.
The medical commissions are also functioning without interruption, while observing the statutory deadlines in accordance with the assessment by the members of the commissions, which may be extended appropriately. At the same time, rights related to urgent orthopaedic aids are also being exercised without interruption.
In the interest of providing citizens with precise information, as soon as possible, and once more information is established, citizens will be informed in a timely manner.
