Timely payments and accessible services for patients

The Health Insurance Fund informed today that payments for maternity leave and capitation for selected doctors are being made regularly and within the statutory deadlines.

Over the past five months, more than 1,8 billion denars have been paid for maternity allowances.
Payment of capitation for November is under way – 493 million denars, with more than 2.000 active contracts in primary health care.

Analyses for tumour markers are available in several cities. By October this year, 238.744 testshad been carried out, most of them PSA, CEA, CA 19-9, CA-125 and CA 15-3.

The Fund continues with responsible, timely and transparent payments and improvement of health services — for better health for all citizens.
