Fund Heart – 25 Years of Humanity, Solidarity and Care for Health
On the occasion of the 25-year jubilee of the independent operation of the Health Insurance Fund, today, in cooperation with the Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia and the Institute of Transfusion Medicine, the traditional blood donation campaign is being held “Fund Heart”, which this year is being held for the eighteenth time.
With this campaign, the Fund once again confirms its fundamental mission – caring for the health of insured persons and promoting humanity as the highest social value. Through this act of solidarity, the Fund’s employees symbolically unite their professional dedication with the noblest human gesture – donating life.
Since its establishment in 2000, as an independent institution for implementing compulsory health insurance, the Fund has consistently nurtured a culture of social responsibility and personal commitment to the community. The “Fund Heart” blood donation campaign is confirmation that genuine care for insured persons is not exhausted by administrative and financial measures, but continues through true acts of humanity, virtue and compassion.
In achieving these values, particularly significant is the personal example of the Fund’s Directors General, Mr Sasho Klekovski and Mr Branko Adzigogov, who through their active participation encourage awareness among employees that humanity is the noblest form of care for people.
“Donating blood means donating hope, life and human warmth. With this campaign, the Fund once again shows that behind the institution stand people with big hearts – people who live and work in the spirit of solidarity”, was the message of today’s event.
The Fund expresses its gratitude to all its employees who prove their humanity every year and contribute to saving human lives.
This tradition, begun 18 years ago, continues as a symbol of collective conscientiousness and institutional culture that connects the values of professionalism, humanity and social responsibility.
Let us make the jubilee dignified – by donating the most valuable part of ourselves: life.
