On 06.02.2023, there was an interruption in the operation of the Fund’s information system, which caused a series of challenges both for the Fund and for insured persons and for health institutions that have concluded contracts with the Fund to provide healthcare services to insured persons at all levels of healthcare (primary, secondary and tertiary level). In the meantime, health institutions should continue without interruption to provide healthcare services to insured persons in the following manner:
