Meeting with the Presidents of the Federation of Trade Unions, the UPOZ Trade Union and the HIFRNM Trade Union

Today, the Directors General of the HIFRNM, Sasho Klekovski and Branko Adzhigogov, held a meeting with Slobodan Trendafilov, President of the Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia, Trpe Deanoski, President of the UPOZ Trade Union, and Bojan Tripunovski, Secretary General of UPOZ, as well as with Zoran Pechevski, President of the HIFRNM Trade Union.
At the meeting, the importance of social dialogue was highlighted, as well as the Collective Agreement and the problems in its implementation.
The HIFRNM faced a strike in the recent past due to the failure to resolve accumulated problems. The management of the HIFRNM is committed to social dialogue and provides full support in fulfilling collective agreements. Better working conditions are an important part of improving healthcare services!
