Directors General of the HIFRNM Visit the Regional Office Skopje

Today, the Directors General of the HIFRNM visited the most frequent point of contact between insured persons and the Health Insurance Fund, namely the Regional Office Skopje, where the impression of the HIF is most often formed.

The Directors spoke with insured persons and employees about the services, how to improve them, reduce unnecessary bureaucracy and prevent abuses more effectively without increasing the burden on insured persons. The employees shared their numerous proposals for improving the services.

However, improvement is also necessary in working conditions, because without good working conditions, good services cannot be expected. Some matters have also accumulated due to many years of inaction, and can be resolved quickly.
