Visit to the regional office, a specialist practice and the general hospital in Kavadarci

Direct meetings with insured persons were held today by the Director of the HIFM, Dr Sasho Stefanoski, who, as part of the Fund’s open days, visited the regional office in Kavadarci. In direct conversation, the Director obtained information about insured persons’ satisfaction with the implementation of the Fund’s projects and services. Considering these meetings as a benchmark through which the real perception of insured persons is detected and information is obtained directly on the quality of the Fund’s work, Stefanoski listened to their proposals and ideas for further improving the Fund’s work.
