Increased interest in in vitro fertilisation – the 1200th in vitro voucher for 2016 for a first child awarded

On 2 November this year, the Health Insurance Fund awarded the 1200th in vitro voucher for a first child for this year. We are pleased to inform that the pace of implementation of the in vitro programme, which represents a top priority for the Fund, has exceeded even our most optimistic expectations, both in terms of the number of married couples covered by this procedure and in terms of the speed and efficiency of its implementation.
