Opening of a new rural outpatient clinic in Peštani

At the request of citizens for the opening of a general medicine outpatient clinic in the area between Peštani and Ljubaništa, which would cover around 3000 citizens during the year, HIFM and the Ministry of Health published an announcement for filling the vacant locations of health centres categorised as rural outpatient clinics. The Fund stimulates rural outpatient clinics through the payment of higher capitation compared with outpatient clinics in urban areas, primarily because of their distance from towns and the smaller number of residents.
