Increased use of electronic services - 16,721 insured persons have used the electronic services so far

Within the framework of improving and facilitating communication between the Health Insurance Fund and insured persons, companies and health workers, we have enabled a set of electronic services on the Fund’s portal through which insured persons can exercise their statutory rights quickly, easily and efficiently, without having to come to HIFM counters.
