Results from the call centre for chronic patients

The implementation of the project of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, “The Fund cares for the chronically ill”, and the latest results of the calls made by Fund employees in caring for the chronically ill, who have so far contacted 29.214 insured persons with diabetes, cardiac and kidney diseases by telephone calls, SMS messages and email, is proceeding according to the planned schedule.
