Annexes to current contracts for easing penalty provisions for pharmacies

Following the completion of negotiations with the Medical and Dental Chambers, which resulted in the preparation of new annexes to contracts offering benefits to doctors and dentists, the Fund, together with the Pharmaceutical Chamber, reviewed the possibilities for easing the penalty policy for pharmacies. We would like to announce that, as a result of the negotiations with the Pharmaceutical Chamber, new annexes to the contracts for 2016 for pharmacies were prepared. The Fund made these amendments in order to ease the daily work of pharmacists and pharmacies as much as possible, as well as to relax the penalty policy and reduce contractual penalties, in accordance with Government policy.
