Electronic certificates for blood donors is a project of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia which the Health Insurance Fund of Macedonia is implementing in order to provide relief for insured persons - blood donors who have donated blood at least 10 times in their lifetime, thereby acquiring the status of blood donor and, accordingly, pursuant to a Government programme, have the right to exemption from payment of co-payment for the use of health services.
