Dear all, The introduction of prevention for cardiological and nephrological diseases and diabetes among general practitioners is intended to contribute to reducing the number of future patients affected by these diseases, that is, to undertake all preventive activities so that this risk group of insured persons does not develop these diseases, and to influence the reduction of patients who will end up on dialysis, insulin therapy, as well as to have fewer patients with heart attacks and strokes. To stimulate this activity, each general practitioner receives 20% of capitation through the Fund each month.
