Initial Results from the New Call Centre for Chronic Patients

In connection with the implementation of the project of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, “The Fund Cares for the Chronically Ill”, we would like to inform you of the initial results from calls made by Fund employees in caring for the chronically ill. Communication in the call centre takes place through telephone calls, SMS messages and e-mail with insured persons who are chronically ill with cardiological and kidney diseases and diabetes.
