Required documents for admission to compulsory health insurance for persons with low income

The Health Insurance Fund of Macedonia, in cooperation with the Employment Agency of the Republic of Macedonia, following information received from the field and the observed practice, for the purpose of better informing insured persons with low income regarding the obtaining of the documentation required for admission of these persons to the compulsory health insurance system covered by the Fund, informs as follows:

1. Unemployed persons who are registering with the HIFM for the first time in order to acquire the right to health insurance are not required also to submit a certificate from the Employment Agency of the Republic of Macedonia confirming that they are unemployed persons.
