The HIF as an example of accountability and use of the concept of performance-based budgeting

At the national conference “Transparency, Performance and Accountability of the Budget of the Republic of Macedonia”, held on 29 January and organised by the Centre for Economic Analyses and the Institute for Democracy Societas Civilis, the HIF was highlighted as an example of an institution with potential and an advanced approach to budget transparency.
