For electronic conclusion of an annex to the contract with health institutions in the fields of general medicine, gynaecology and general dentistry

The Management Board of the Fund adopted an annex to the contract with providers of health services in the fields of general medicine (1524), gynaecology (137) and dentistry (1136). The new annex to the contract enables that, in cases where the selected doctor is using maternity leave, the Fund will not unilaterally terminate the contract if no replacement doctor has been employed after the expiry of 35 days, but for no more than 270 days from the occurrence of the case. As evidence, the health institution must submit a copy of a twice unsuccessfully published vacancy announcement for employment of a doctor from the ESA. Until the employment of the new doctor (replacement), the doctor’s facsimile is closed and capitation is not paid.
