The selected doctor – gynaecologist, on the basis of the submitted documentation, confirms that medical indications exist for the insured person (in accordance with the Rulebook on the criteria for concluding contracts and the procedure for exercising the right and the method of payment for healthcare services for biomedical assisted fertilisation in health institutions providing specialist-consultative healthcare) and proposes the start of a BPO procedure.
