Notice for Insured Persons

The Health Insurance Fund of Macedonia informs insured persons who, when exercising the right to specialised medical rehabilitation as extended hospital treatment, were charged additional funds for above-standard treatment and/or accommodation about the method for refunding the same. The surcharge for above-standard treatment conditions relates to a charge for the use of thermo-mineral water, while the surcharge for above-standard accommodation conditions relates to a surcharge for accommodation in two- and three-bed rooms, except where the insured persons were accommodated with a family member as an attendant.
