Re-registration of unemployed persons

Pursuant to the provisions of the Law on Contributions from Compulsory Social Insurance (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia” No. 142/08, 64/09, 156/09, 166/10, 53/11, 185/2011, 44/2012 , 15/2013, 91/2013 and 170/2013), unemployed persons who are holders of health insurance are required to re-register at the regional offices of the Health Insurance Fund of Macedonia (HIF). Insured persons who need to register/re-register at the Fund’s regional office in Skopje, in order to save the time and money they lose travelling to the city centre where the HIF Regional Office in Skopje is located, may also register/re-register for compulsory health insurance at the detached counters of the HIF regional office in Skopje located in the Polyclinics of the Health Centre in GJORCHE PETROV, DRACHEVO, CHAIR, CHENTO, SHUTO ORIZARI, as well as in the building of ILINDEN Municipality, and at the detached counters of the HIF regional office in Tetovo in the former building of Kamenjane Municipality in BOGOVINJE Municipality and in the Health Centre in ZHELINO Municipality.
