Prevention - the most important link in the health system

Due to the huge public interest in the preventive examinations announced by the Health Insurance Fund, the details of this project were explained at today's press conference. From 01 January 2014, 1.2 million insured persons will be invited by their general practitioners to undergo preventive examinations with their general practitioners and, based on the result, it will be determined whether the insured person needs to be referred to a specialist.
