Diabetes is gaining increasing momentum. The number of people with diabetes worldwide has doubled in the last 10 years. It is assumed that in the next 20 years diabetes will reach the proportions of a true epidemic. However, the latest research gives hope that, through a proper lifestyle, diet and sport, we can all say NO to diabetes.
