Introduction of electronic services of the HIFM

A strategic development objective of the Health Insurance Fund of Macedonia is the application of information and communication technology in the business processes of the entire healthcare system. In the past, the Health Insurance Fund of Macedonia worked continuously on implementing several projects to modernise its information system. In that regard, we implemented a project for introducing electronic services for insured persons, companies and health institutions, or more precisely a software solution for a web portal.
