New development in compulsory health insurance RIGHT TO DIALYSIS ABROAD

The Health Insurance Fund of Macedonia accommodated insured persons with kidney diseases and introduced into its legal regulation the RIGHT TO DIALYSIS ABROAD AT THE EXPENSE OF THE FUND, it was stated at today's joint press conference of the HIFM and the NEFRON citizens' association of kidney patients. Chronic renal insufficiency is a disease of special interest to the Republic of Macedonia for which continuous haemodialysis treatment is essential.
