Announcement regarding the Draft Law on Termination of Pregnancy

The HIFM would like to inform the public that it fully supports the Draft Law on Termination of Pregnancy submitted by the Government of the Republic of Macedonia. We wish to emphasise that the submitted draft law, in its essence and material content, corresponds to the already existing legislation in force in the Republic of Macedonia, which was adopted in the seventies of the previous century. With this draft law, ideological elements of the type “Basic Organisation of Associated Labour – BOAL “Organisation of Associated Labour-OAL” and similar are abandoned.
