Results of a field survey conducted on insured persons' satisfaction with HIF services

For the first time, the HIF decided to conduct a field survey of insured persons in order to determine insured persons' satisfaction with the services received at the HIF, through an independent party. Preparations began in March 2012 and were finalised with the publication of a public procurement notice in December 2012. The Institute for Political Research - Skopje was selected as the most favourable bidder to conduct the field research, and the price of the research is 587.000,00 denars.
