Law amending and supplementing the Law on Health Insurance

The Health Insurance Fund informs you that, starting from the day of entry into force of the Law amending and supplementing the Law on Health Insurance (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 26/2012, pursuant to Article 5 amending Article 18 paragraph 1), that is, 29.02.2012, salary compensation during temporary incapacity for work due to illness and injury (sick leave), which is ongoing and for which no more than 21 days have passed from its commencement up to and including 29.02.2012, for the first 30 days shall be determined and paid by the employer from its own funds.
