Conditional reimbursements for public health institutions

In April 2011, the Fund introduced conditional reimbursements with a conditional plan for a minimum number of certain health services which the health institutions were required to fulfil in full in order to encourage them to provide those services that had been most deficient or inadequately planned in the previous period.
