Prescription Form

In order to facilitate the procedure for prescribing medicines from the list of medicines borne by the Fund, the Health Insurance Fund of Macedonia, in cooperation with the Pharmaceutical Chamber and the Medical Chamber, agreed that private health institutions from primary health care should use a printed prescription form from 01.07.2011. The objective is to achieve efficiency, legibility and the elimination of errors when completing prescription forms.
