Exclusion of HIFM from the mutual accusations of the two cardiac surgery providers

For the year 2010, HIFM provided/purchased cardiovascular surgical interventions for its insured persons in the same number as in the previous year, 2009. The number is approximately 1500 operations annually. By all global standards, this number is optimal for the population of the Republic of Macedonia. With this number, the Republic of Macedonia is the only country in the region where there are no long waiting lists for cardiovascular surgical interventions.
