Notification (2) for submission of documentation for determining the contractual compensation for 2024

All private healthcare institutions (PHIs) that provide specialist-consultative healthcare, healthcare institutions that provide healthcare services for haemodialysis treatment and healthcare institutions that provide healthcare services for biomedical assisted fertilisation (BAF), which have a contract with the Health Insurance Fund of the Republic of North Macedonia, and for the purpose of determining the contractual compensation for providing healthcare services to insured persons in 2024, need to submit the following documentation:

• Proposal - Plan for the type and scope of healthcare services for 2024 by activity - form (1-5);
• Summary recapitulation of total planned healthcare services, for all healthcare protection activities in 2024 (if they have more than one activity) - form 6;

The documentation to be submitted should be in accordance with the prescribed forms by the Fund, published on the website www.fzo.org.mk in the Healthcare section → Templates of required documentation for 2024.

The required documentation should be submitted by the healthcare institution to the Fund archive, marked “for the Financial Affairs Sector” and in electronic form to the e-mail address [email protected], and the name of the healthcare institution should be stated in the title of the e-mail, while the content should indicate a contact person, contact telephone number and their e-mail address.

The deadline for submitting the required documentation to the Fund is up to and including 19.11.2023.

The Fund may also request other documentation related to the Request.
