The “My Insurance” system has been restored to operation

The HIF informs you that the “My Insurance” system is functioning for insured persons throughout the country, and due to technical adjustments, it will be put into full operation by the end of the day.

Up to this moment, “Moj Termin” has retrieved the data up to and including today’s date (20 February 2023).
All paid contributions from all obligors have been recorded in “Moj Termin”. 
This means that all health workers and pharmacies are able to check insurance status in Moj Termin.

The HIFRNM is also actively working on the system for payment of salaries, maternity sick leave and other reimbursements. We expect the remaining systems to be restored during today. All information will be shared with the public immediately and in a timely manner.
