Announcement regarding extension of sick leave

ANNOUNCEMENT

Extension of sick leave on all grounds is carried out by the chosen doctor on the basis of a direct examination of the insured person. In this regard, starting from 28.07.2021 (Wednesday), the required scanned documentation (the PSR form and the report from a specialist/consiliary opinion/discharge letter) should be submitted electronically by the chosen doctor to the new email address [email protected] to the responsible person of the Fund’s Medical Commissions (PMC/HMC).

We also inform you that, due to a problem with the Fund’s email communication, chosen doctors need to resend to the new email address of the Medical Commissions all requests for extension of sick leave for insured persons from 24.07.2021 up to and including 27.07.2021.
