During the temporary inability due to technical problems in the process of electronic certification/order/delivery and invoicing of orthopaedic and other aids, the Fund’s regional offices and the affected legal entities that have an active contract with the Fund for the delivery of orthopaedic and other aids should adhere to the following guidelines:
