Notice on signing an ePrescription with a qualified digital certificate (token)
26/06/2020
The Law on Data in Electronic Form and Electronic Signature regulates that a generally accepted electronic signature is an electronic signature if: it is exclusively and uniquely linked to the signatory and the signatory can be reliably determined from it. A generally accepted electronic signature with a qualified certificate given in connection with electronic data is equivalent to a handwritten signature and therefore has equal validity and evidential force, as does a handwritten signature given in connection with paper documents.
